Is there a free trial?+
Yes — all plans include a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no penalty. Annual plans are billed upfront — contact us if you need to make changes to your annual plan.
What is your refund policy?+
All plans include a 30-day full-refund window. Monthly plans are month-to-month after that, with no refunds for partial months. Annual plans are billed upfront at a discount: cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, if you cancel mid-year we issue a pro-rated refund for unused months — calculated at the standard monthly rate, not the discounted annual rate. Example: on the Complete annual plan ($1,428/year = $119/month), cancelling after 6 months is refunded at $149/month (the regular monthly price): remaining 6 months × $149 = $894, minus the months already used. What about payment terminal hardware?+
Payment terminals (Verifone T650C) are purchased directly through our payment processing partner. Hardware sales are final and are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about hardware compatibility.
What payment processing rates do you offer?+
We offer competitive processing rates tailored to your business volume and card mix. Contact us for a custom quote. There are no monthly fees, no PCI fees, and no authorization fees.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?+
No contracts required. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months at a 20% discount but have no other commitments.
