This Privacy Policy explains how Gorilla POS(“Gorilla POS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and laundromat management platform (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:

- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure the Service, and understand how the Service is used. We use:
- Essential cookies — required for authentication, security, and core functionality. The Service will not work properly without them.
- Analytics cookies — help us measure usage and improve performance.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using parts of the Service. We do not use cookies to sell your personal information.

Some data may persist in backups for a limited time before being overwritten.
7. International Data Transfers
Gorilla POS is operated from the United States, and our service providers may process and store data in the United States and other countries. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
